“The homegrown tour was informative and I learned some basic history and current culture of this town. Rejoice, my guide, picked me up from my hotel. He was punctual, friendly and professional. He is passionate about his town which is less than 10mins drive from Victoria Falls town. It is where many locals live and is different to the touristy areas. He took me to the first tavern to try the local beer, meet and interact with the locals there, a market and craft workshop to support the locals, drive around town and a local eating joint. These expenses are extra. I had done Soweto so was hoping for a…”
